Credits to the organizers of Adidas King-Of-The-Road (KOTR) 2011.  Plenty of water station & isotonic drinks, precise distance markers that keeps u monitoring ur distance; first aid points and race marshals along the route.

Running on the Expressway wasn't that bad, smooth TAR road that prevents your body from injury due to the pounding of the running feets.  But the long stretch of roads in the horizon makes u exhausted in both your body & mind.

In all my runs, I kept asking myself "Why Do I Keep Running Marathons...Why?" It's motivating when I first sign up for a Marathon race since it's gonna be quite sometimes later but when I was running in the even itself, many times I questions my own sanity.  But like many of my bootcampers who questioned their own sanity too, we sign up to test our Patience, Endurance, Persistance, Sanity & Determination.  Hardship is an ingredient in life that makes its achievements worthy to fight for!
