SASUKE MALAYSIA - The Challenge began on 27th & 28th May 2011 (Malaysia Youth Day) at Putrajaya - Malaysia; in conjunction to the "Malaysia Youth Day / Hari Belia", where by 1,000,000 youth & families will gather up to experience the healthy spirit & life-style of Healthy Youth promoted by the Ministry of Youth Malaysia.

Sasuke Malaysia is an exciting event that encourages development of strength, speed, fast-thinking. I was invited by my Chief's Original BootCamper buddy Mr. Armin Baniaz Pahamin to join the "Sasuke Malaysia - Challenge" organized by Sasuke Malaysia and Sasuke Japan (TBS, Tokyo Broadcasting System Television, Inc.) and I happily agreed w/o knowing what awaits me.

I googled the word Sasuke Japan and eagerly waiting for the infos and clips related to the Japanese Sports Reality Show. I clicked on the video clip posted by TBS on YouTube and "OH MY GOD" what the freak is this game show??? It FREAKED me out when I saw those hardcore obstacles, you need an extremely tough physical body & mental strength to accomplished the obstacles and you need consistent training to prepare yourself for it, which I had only recently started.

With less than a months to go for the Sasuke Challenge, there was no way for me to withdraw out of it and I was so way behind the preparation, only 1 solution available and that was to train hard for it. I consulted Sarge Dann on how to strengthen & prepare myself for Sasuke Malaysia, and he guided me through with the necessary training for upper body strength and cardio for agility movements. I prioritized my training to COBC & personal strength training for my upper body, hence I postponed my running temporarily for that 1 month; frankly the 1 month of training for Sasuke did improve my weak upper body but still far behind schedule, nevertheless I continued my Sasuke training w/ the determination I obtained in Chief's Original BootCamp training to prepare myself for the challenge. Crazy it may sound but I joined Sasuke Malaysia to embrace the Spirit & Attitude of sportsmanship in knowing the SASUKE MALAYSIA challenge through personal experience; and most importantly to HAVE FUN w/ my fellow Chief's Original BootCampers.

Well! My life had just begun to improve from an indoor and sports inactive clumsy guy towards a Sports Active life-style guy, while accomplished 8 marathon runs (quarter & half), lost 22kgs of my weight and 3 sizes down from XL/XXL since less than 10months ago through Chief's Original BootCamp (COBC); I was enroute to strengthen myself up w/ the guidance from my close friend & COBC Trainer Daing Danial Fitri (A.K.A Sarge Dann) until I was invited to signed up for "Sasuke Malaysia" in April 2011. Incredible HULK....Nah! Just an ordinary guy who are willing to go the distance for extra-ordinary experience.

It's great to take on challenges, marathons or going on a road-trip w/ my fellow Chief's Original BootCampers, for there's always the Paparadzi "STALLION" Armin B.P. who will be there to snap your every single expressions. My compliment to you bro for your persistance in capturing the precious moment expression shots & allowing me to published your photos in my own blog.
